We are currently recruiting for a several dynamic and proactive Supervising Social Workers to support and guide allocated Foster Carers.
Ideally you will have previous fostering experience which combined with your excellent communication skills will prove invaluable in striving to ensure we achieve positive outcomes for the children in our care. If you want to make a difference and are prepared to “go the extra mile” then GLF could be the next step in your career progression. A self-motivator, with excellent organisational ability, you will become a part of the GLF community committed to taking a hands-on and proactive approach in improving and coordinating fostering services.
We have roles based in our Stratford Office and Crystal Palace offices and will require flexibility around both travel and working hours.
The independent fostering sector is one the most exciting and fast-moving areas of social work and one where your direct work with children can improve the lives of children in care.
