There is a shortage of foster carers in Hillingdon, and the problem has been getting worse over the past few years.
As London’s fostering agency, GLF is committed to helping fill the shortfall of carers in the borough.
Our mission is to be able to offer the best possible home to every child that comes to care, but to do this we need more foster carers. Because if there aren’t enough foster carers available in Hillingdon then children will be moved from the area, away from their friends, family and community.
These are the areas of Hillingdon that we are actively recruiting in: Cowley, Eastcote, Harefield, Harlington, Harmondsworth, Hayes, Ickenham, Longford, Ruislip, Sipson, Uxbridge, Yiewsley, Cranford, Northwood, Northwood Hills.
