Can people from any religion or faith become foster carers?
Our foster carers come from a wide range of religions and faiths, which is great, because so do the children we look after.
We would never exclude someone based on their religious beliefs, however, we do need to make sure your faith does not cause practical problems for caring for a child. You may care for children from a different background, which means they might need to follow different rules to you. As long as you think you can do this, then we would love to hear from you.
We’d love to hear about your experiences or comments below.
